The brain behind The Flow Recipe
I created The Flow Recipe because I desperately needed it myself
I was in my final year in uni. Completely burned out, in full depression. Some days I just couldn't see how I was going to graduate my engineering degree. I still had a master's thesis to write, but I couldn't focus for more than 5 minutes and my brain was fried from months of chronic stress.
So I dived into the neuroscience and built myself a new routine to heal my brain and make progress on my thesis. I got into flow every single day and made progress every week:
